Our complete course (weekends) consist of three modules - Basic photography, Advanced photography and Commercial photography. It runs over two months with a total of 17 classes. However, one can also enroll for separate modules or combinations of any two modules.

The timings for weekend classes are ;
Morning session : 11:30 am. to 03:30 pm. (Delhi)
Evening session : 04:30 pm to 07:30 pm.(Kolkata)
03.30 pm to 06.30 pm (Mumbai)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By joining this course its implied that you accept the following terms and conditions of the school.

1) While the school takes all necessary safety measures regarding the health and safety of students, teachers and all equipment, Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd shall not be legally or financially responsible for the same and in the event of any such occurrence, legal proceedings shall not be initiated against the school or Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd

2) Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap that occur while students are shooting outdoors on their own or with school staff, and in the event of any such occurrence, Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd shall not be legally or financially responsible for the same and legal proceedings shall not be initiated against the school or Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd

3) The payments need to be paid in full, prior to the commencement of the courses. However, a full refund will be made if the students wants to cancel his or her admission at least fifteen days (or more) prior to  the commencement of the course the he or she has enrolled for. A processing fee of Rs 250/- will be levied.

4) If a student cancels his or her admission  at least three days (or more) prior to the commencement of the course that he or she has enrolled for than half (50%)the course fee shall be refunded and a processing fee of Rs 250/- will also be levied. No refund shall within three days prior to the commencement of the course. Similarly, no refund will be made after the commencement of the course.

5) If a student is unable to join the course due to medical reason then a full refund can be made if the student provides complete medical documents including test reports, to the school. A processing fee of Rs 250/- will be levied. However, if the student does not take a refund, then he or she will be given an option to join the next batch at a 25% discount.

6) If a course is canceled by the school than the entire fee will be refunded along with an additional payment of Rs. 250/-. However if particular class(es) are cancelled by the school due to unforeseen circumstances, than the classes will be shifted to the next week.

7) If the classes are not held for external reasons beyond the control of school, like weather conditions, strike etc, than students who have enrolled only for those particular classes and not for entire batch(es), can opt to cancel their admission and will receive a complete refund. However, if the student does not take a refund, then he or she will be given an option to join the next batch at a 25% discount.

8) Students are responsible for any damage they cause to school equipment, furniture or property and will have to reimburse for the damage.
