Enrollment for Diploma in Professional Photography (Photojournalism)

Enrollment is now open for the 2017-18 Professional Photography Programme in photojournalism. The enrollment process allows several options to the applicant, according to his or her convenience.

For the ease of the applicants, one can book his or her seat, through a completely online process. Make an online bank transfer of the registration fee (of Rs 10,000) and submit the online form in this page. And your seat is tentatively booked. The actual confirmation will be after the completion of the selection process. And on final confirmation, the student will eventually have to submit a hard copy of the application from, prior to the start of the course.

The Diploma Programmes in Photojournalism & Commercial Photography will commence from 3rd October 2017.

**Plus a refundable security deposit of Rupees 10,000


A] One full Scholarship for a deserving student*. Complete waiver of tuition fee
B] Half Scholarship for a deserving student*. Fifty percent waiver of tuition fee
(this scholarship will be decided on academic performance of the student in the first
three months of the course)

*Students from economically weaker background (financial documents of the family's
earnings will require to be submitted) are eligible for the scholarship. Performance in
the entrance exam will be the deciding factor for those students.

By joining this course its implied that you accept the following terms and conditions of the school.

1) The student must be over the age of 18 years and must have completed 12th standard (10+2) or equivalent

2) The student needs to send two passport size photographs (one pasted and signed on this form) along with this application form. The completed form along with photostat copies of the required name/age/address proof documents and the necessary course fee (if DD or Cheque), should be sent to the following address :

On receiving the above, the school shall send the student a receipt for the course fee received, and a confirmation of his or her seat in the course.

03) This application form needs to be accompanied by a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 10,000 ($ 300) to book one's seat in the course. One can also make a full payment of the course fee, along with this form and in that case, Rs 10,000 will be non-refundable, prior to the confirmation of the seat from the institute. Once the admission process is over and the student's enrollment is confirmed, then the remaining course fee will have to be paid by the student and the entire course fee will be non-refundable. So in short, prior to confirmation of seat, Rs 10,000 shall be non-refundable. And after seat is confirmed, the entire course fee shall be non-refundable.

04) The course fee is not refundable, except if a student has been refused a visa for entry to India or for any serious medical reason, that occurred to the student after the completion of the enrollment process but at least 15 days before the commencement of the course. On submission of proper (verifiable) medical documents or refusal of visa documents, to the school, a refund of the course fee may be made to the student (prior to the commencement of the course), on the sole discretion of the school management. In this case, a processing fee of Rs 2500 ($ 50) shall be deducted

05) If a course is cancelled by the school than the entire fee will be refunded

06) While the school takes all necessary safety measures regarding the health and safety of students, teachers and all equipment, Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd shall not be legally or financially responsible for the same and in the event of any mishap or damage to health or equipment, legal proceedings shall not be initiated against the school or Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd.

07) Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any accident or mishap that occurs while students are shooting outdoors on their own or with school staff, and in the event of any such occurrence, Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd shall not be legally or financially responsible for the same and legal proceedings shall not be initiated against the school or Udaan Visual Arts Educare Pvt Ltd

08) Students are responsible for any damage they cause to school equipment, furniture or property and will have to reimburse cost of the damage.

09) The school may video record the classes/teaching sessions for its own promotion and for
enhancement of its courses in the future. The school may use all photographs/graphics created by students during the course, for its own promotion and for enhancement of its courses in the future

10)The school can cancel the admission of any student for unruly behaviour if he or she violates the school rules and the terms and conditions. No refund shall be made in such cancellations of admission.
